Jewish Prague

Explore extraordinary Jewish town of Prague – the oldest and best preserved Jewish sight in Europe. Jews live in Prague over thousand years and there are several exceptional monuments testifying to Jewish life, culture and history. Tour of Jewish Prague usually takes around three hours. It covers five synagogues in the area, including the most famous Alt-neu shul (Old-new synagogue). Our guides also take you to the exhibitions of Jewish museum (located in the synagogues), Old cemetery, Hevra Kadisha – burial society ceremonial hall and generaly show you around area of former Jewish town of Prague – Josefov

Beside main sights of Jewish town we also do tours of newer Jewish cemeteries, especially cemetery of Noda bi-Yehuda, rabbi Yechezkel Landau. Worth visiting is „Jerusalem“ synagogue located nearby the above mentioned cemetery.
